Free Hearing Check-Up Camp on April 7

A free hearing check-up camp will be held on April 7 at Dr. S.S. Tantia Medical College, Hospital and Research Center (Jan Sewa Hospital) on the occasion of World Health Day. Chief Administrative Officer Prof. Baljeet Kularia stated that expert doctors and specialists from the Audiology and Speech Language Pathology department will conduct hearing tests for patients. ENT Head Dr. Deepika Khanna highlighted that cases of hearing loss are rising due to aging and weakening ear nerves and encouraged people to attend the camp for early diagnosis. Dr. Mohit Tantia, Vice Chairperson, Tantia University ensured the availability of affordable hearing aids, including basic, BTE (behind-the-ear), and digital devices, which will be fitted according to each patient’s condition. The hospital aims to provide accessible treatment and solutions for people with hearing problems, including advanced care and surgeries if needed. Senior Doctors such as Dr. Mahesh K. Mohta, Dr. Vijay Hatila, Dr. R.K. Arora, and Dr. Kaifi Dhawan Kalada have treated many complex cases successfully, even for patients who could not find proper treatment elsewhere.
