Faculty Development Program at Tantia Medical College
A Faculty Development Program was organized at the Dr. S.S. Tantia MCH & Research Center, located within the Tantia University campus. The program focused on enhancing the teaching and training capabilities of the faculty and introduced them to innovations in medical education.
Deputy Director (Medical Education) Gurbhajan Singh mentioned that Dr. Manveer Singh led a voluntary session on the effective implementation and management of optional modules in medical education, as mandated by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Another session on skill training was conducted by Dr. Rajeev Singhal, which emphasized the importance of practical skill development for medical students and outlined new approaches for training. The program was filled with highly engaging discussions.
