Ayurveda has a basic concept of dosha in the body which are in equilibrium state. Nowadays, due to lack of satisfactory treatment for many chronic medical diseases, unaffordable cost of treatments and life threatening side effects of modern medicine, people are looking forward towards Ayurveda for the solution of their health problems. Now the people as well as the government has started realizing the advantages of Ayurveda over the other system of medicines and efforts are being made to rejuvenate the science once again. A holistic approach of ayurveda includes not only medicines but also strict rules in the form of Dincharya (daily routine), Ritucharya (seasonal regiment) for a complete way of life.
